Author of the (unheard?) 2004 Novel “Link”, John Beiswenger, has filled a lawsuit against the World-Wide-Mega-Corporation, Ubisoft, Developers of the Infamous Assassin’s Creed Series. John’s Lawyers state “Ubisoft have directly copied, and directly and contributorily infringed on the whole of Plaintiff’s copyrighted work…”. The Aurthor is seeking $1.5m in damages and $5.25m if the Judge finds Ubisoft Knowingly infringed on the copyright, he is also requesting the release of Assassin’s Creed III be halted.
